Privacy Statement

1. Who I am

I'm Terry M. Lee. This site is run by Pay It Forward Investments, LLC, doing business as Make It Make Cents. Contact: [email protected].

2. What I collect, and when

The Plan Builder saves your answers on your device as you go: monthly amount, years, hypothetical return, habit amount and frequency, goal and timeline, comparison answers, current step and any first name you type into the optional email form. Plan answers other than that first name are not sent to the app's database.

You can view and download your plan without entering a name or email. Viewing and downloading do not save contact details or plan answers on the server and do not send them to the webhook. Site-visit analytics still run.

Only if you open the optional "Want a copy by email?" box, enter a first name and email, tick the unchecked consent box and press "Join the list and email me" does the app save your contact details, referral/campaign tags, signup source and submission timestamps. The email field is not saved in browser storage by the current form.

Funnelytics collects basic site-visit data. The site owner's login uses an email address and password; visitors do not need an account.

3. Why I collect it

To remember your answers on this device and, if you ask, add you to the Make It Make Cents email list. After you tick the consent box and submit, your first name and email are sent to MailerLite, my email service provider, so you can receive a welcome note from me and emails about this download and the Auto-Investing Starter Kit. Those emails do not contain your PDF or your plan answers.

4. Where it is stored and who helps me handle it

• Lovable provides hosting and the app's database. Plan answers stay in browser storage; a first name entered in the optional email form is also saved on the server only after consent and submission.
• Funnelytics provides analytics.
• Google Fonts provides fonts and receives the visitor's IP address when the fonts load.
• MailerLite is my email service provider. It receives your first name and email, and adds you to the "MIMC – Plan Builder opt-in" group, only after you tick the consent box and submit the optional email form.
• ThriveCart handles checkout on the sales page if you visit it or click through to buy. Paid-product records live outside this free Plan Builder.

I don't sell personal information.

5. What I do not want you to type

Please don't enter account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial details in the Plan Builder.

6. Cookies and similar tools

The Plan Builder uses browser storage to remember answers and any first name typed on your device. Funnelytics tracks site visits to help me understand how people use the site.

Funnelytics sets two first-party cookies, called _ftrack and __funnelytics, and stores an anonymous visitor ID in your browser. They help me see how visitors move through the site and how they found it. Browsers like Safari and Firefox often delete cookies like these within about a week.

7. How long I keep it

Viewing and downloading do not save information to the app's database. Answers and any first name you type remain in this browser until you clear its site data or start over. The email field is not persisted by the current form.

Names and emails submitted with consent through the optional email form are currently retained in the app's database. There is no automatic deletion schedule yet. A seven-day deletion has not been built and needs separate approval; it is not an active retention guarantee.

MailerLite keeps your first name and email on the email list until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. I respond to removal requests within 30 days.

Purchase and order records in the paid app and in ThriveCart are kept for as long as my accounts with those services stay active. They are not deleted on a set schedule.

8. Your choices

To ask to see, correct or delete your information, email me in writing at [email protected]. I respond within 30 days. To unsubscribe from the email list, use the link in any email. The MailerLite list copy stays there until you ask to be removed.

9. Age

This site is for adults 18 and over.

10. Children's information

I don't knowingly collect children's information.

11. Changes to this statement

This statement may be updated when how the site handles information changes.
